I just wanted to send you a note regarding the customer service of Alicia Conman… she was most helpful and professional regarding the Central Indiana GPAA request for information regarding your helicopter tours for state officials and individual private recreational gold prospectors. Her salesmanship and due diligence regarding the details and call backs for information was second to non in the tri-state area.
This level of customer support is very rare these days and I greatly appreciated the attention to details and direct contact with pilots she was able to produce for both price quotes and trip details.
In my opinion she deserves at the very least a customer appreciation award (if not a raise). We in Indiana look forward to dealing with your organization in the future as you have fair prices and great customer service through your representatives like her.
I hope when the committee next meets they will vote to use your services as they were second to none with fair prices and excellent customer service.

Ali, I’m writing this email to thank you for such a wonderful experience on the phone. I was once a phone operator, and I know how some situations can build your patience. However, you were remarkably kind in helping me transfer the names on the vouchers (even when I gave you the wrong name-oops!), and I am very impressed with the patience you displayed by trying to schedule my four friends for their dive. Especially, when I asked you to check weekend dates even though we both knew chances were slim. Again, thank you for your patience, you are an asset for your company! Please forward this to your manager/boss so they know you are awesome!
